Got a drawer of t-shirts and want to make a warm family heirloom with old t-shirts? Sign up for this class. In the class, you will start by designing the quilt and beginning to prepare the fabric. To make the blocks, you will need to purchase 3-4 yards of Easy Knit Fusible White Tricot Pellon. You can purchase this in the shop or bring it to the class.
For the class, you will need:
- A sewing machine in good working order
- Sewing machine needles
- Off-white or gray thread. (I like a good neutral 50-weight thread for piecing.)
- Pins (can be purchased at the shop)
We have templates, cutting mats, and irons.
Class starts at 10 and we will take a 30-minute lunch break. Bring your lunch with you.

She is a modern quilter and loves to teach. This shop in Hanover is Lora’s retirement business.
